Valentine’s Day Smüch Cocktail

Coffee break meets happy hour in this Valentine’s Day cocktail. It is creamy, a little indulgent and, without a doubt, made for a night in. In particular, it belongs in the same rotation as my spiked iced coffee and my peppermint martini with mocha cream.

The Smüch pairs mü Creamy Coco Cappuccino, a ready-to-drink coffeehouse-style cocktail, with bourbon. As a result, there are only three ingredients to gather. If you love a creamy bourbon drink, you will also enjoy my spiked caramel milkshake and my raspberry bourbon sangria.

What’s more, the strawberry syrup that coats the glass makes it not only pretty but also perfectly on theme. With this in mind, I would serve it for Galentine’s with a martini board and mini chocolate tarts with fresh fruit.

What Is the Smüch Cocktail?

In essence, it is a creamy coffee and bourbon cocktail. The coco cappuccino drink and bourbon are stirred over ice, then poured into an ice-filled glass that has been coated with strawberry syrup.

Ingredients (With Purpose & Flavor Notes)

  • mü Creamy Coco Cappuccino (4 ounces). The creamy, coffee-flavored base.
  • Bourbon (2 ounces). Adds warmth and depth.
  • Strawberry syrup. Coats the glass for sweetness and a Valentine’s Day look.
