Established in 2013, the brand began as documentation of the Atlanta restaurant scene and has since evolved into a multi-city editorial and experiential platform spanning simple yet sophisticated recipe development, restaurant coverage shaped by standards rather than trends, and curated dining experiences.

Erica develops refined, repeatable recipes designed to elevate everyday cooking without unnecessary complication.
