Eating With Erica Supper Club: Meet the Builder – Michael Ladisic of Ladisic Fine Homes
At Eating With Erica, our Atlanta Supper Club celebrates unforgettable dining experiences, thoughtfully designed spaces, and the visionaries behind them. Each event brings inspiring women together to share meals, stories, and style—all while spotlighting creatives shaping Georgia’s hospitality and design scenes.

Nothing says hello, spring quite like an elegant al fresco dining experience. As the founder and host of the Eating With Erica Supper Club, I curate monthly dining and social events that bring incredible women together while celebrating Georgia’s vibrant hospitality scene. One of my favorite series is our “Meet the ___” dinners, where we shine a spotlight on inspiring founders, CEOs, creatives, and innovators.
Our most recent event was one for the books—and unlike any we’ve hosted before.
Rather than dining in a traditional restaurant setting, we partnered with visionary builder Michael Ladisic of @ladisicfinehomes for an intimate dinner at one of his newest properties: 96 Prado, a breathtaking residence nestled in the heart of Ansley Park.

Meet the Builder: Michael Ladisic
Michael Ladisic is the founder of Ladisic Fine Homes, one of Atlanta’s premier custom homebuilders. Originally from a small coal-mining town in Pennsylvania, Michael earned degrees in Economics and Sociology before receiving a law degree from Wake Forest University. After moving to Atlanta in 1986, what began as a hobby renovating his own home quickly evolved into a full-fledged passion.
By 1998, he launched Ladisic Fine Homes, and has since completed more than 300 high-end residences and renovations throughout Buckhead and Brookhaven. Known for his attention to detail, timeless design, and elevated craftsmanship, Michael brings a visionary approach to building homes that are as beautiful as they are functional.

A Masterpiece in Ansley Park
Michael Ladisic is the creative force behind one of Atlanta’s most prestigious custom homebuilding firms. His work seamlessly blends timeless design with modern luxury and impeccable craftsmanship. 96 Prado is a shining example of that philosophy in action.
This stunning home offers panoramic views of The Dell and Winn Park. Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, an open-concept layout, and expansive steel-framed windows that flood the interiors with natural light. From the oak-paneled library and multiple fireplaces to the chef’s kitchen and seamless walk-out backyard, every element was designed for both elegance and livability.
A Supper Club Evening to Remember
We gathered at 96 Prado for a private dinner filled with conversation, community, and connection—all under the stars.
Let’s talk about the tablescape first. I partnered with Tuckernuck for my pink dress and for the stunning table linens. I wanted a look that was elegant but not typical—something fresh and spring-inspired. With soft candlelight, layered textures, and an inviting color palette, the tablescape reflected both the sophistication of the home and the warmth of the evening. Every detail—from florals to place settings—was selected to create a feeling of ease and beauty.

Entertaining Tips for Outdoor Dining
When you’re hosting outdoors, a few thoughtful touches make all the difference:

EWE Supper Club Menu:
When curating the menu, I wanted to bring spring to life through every aspect of the dining experience—especially the food. Each dish was as thoughtfully selected as the event itself, creating a cohesive and seasonal culinary journey.
PASSED APPETIZERS
Sonoma Jack & Goat Cheese Fritters with Pepper Jelly (Veg)
Five-Spice Chicken Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce
SALAD
Mixed Spring Greens with Granny Smith Apples and Sun-Dried Cranberries
SOUP
Roasted Onion Soup with Rosemary and White Truffle Oil
ENTREES (Choice of):
Braised Branzino with Lemon Piccata & Fried Capers, Sautéed Spinach, Ricotta Gnocchi
Grilled Prawn with Charred Fillet of Beef, Béarnaise Cream, Wedge of Potato Rosti, & Julienned Vegetables
DESSERT

But the true magic of the evening was the setting itself. The backyard at 96 Prado is truly an entertainer’s dream, with a tranquil pool, glowing ambient lighting, and a beautifully designed outdoor living space. It set the scene for unforgettable conversations, laughter, and connection.
This evening reminded me why I love hosting. At the heart of the Eating With Erica Supper Club is a commitment to community, creativity, and conversation—and this dinner with Michael Ladisic was the perfect reflection of all three.
