Our Mission: Connecting Women Through Food & Hospitality

When I launched the Eating With Erica Supper Club, my mission was clear: to connect amazing women with one another while supporting Georgia’s thriving hospitality scene. Our monthly events have introduced me to some of the most talented chefs, restaurant teams, and culinary creatives in the Southeast.

One of our most recent gatherings was a special Supper Club brunch hosted just outside of Atlanta in the charming city of Roswell, Georgia, at one of my absolute favorite brunch destinations—Fellows Café.

Why Fellows Café Roswell Is a Must-Visit Brunch Spot in Roswell

What makes Fellows Café a must-visit is more than its gorgeous decor and consistently delicious dishes—it’s the people. Founded by local couple Jane and Michael, Fellows Café is a love letter to slow brunches, design-forward spaces, and culinary creativity. The staff are welcoming, stylish, and truly a joy to be around. They work with such harmony that the whole experience feels effortless and elevated. If I had to sum them up in one phrase, it would be: the cool kids of customer service.

One guest, Lynn, shared, “I’ve lived in Atlanta for 10 years, and this was the first time I truly connected with other women in such a meaningful, delicious way.” That feeling of community is exactly what we strive for at Eating With Erica.

Whether you’re local to Roswell or planning a weekend getaway from the city, this historic town just north of Atlanta offers a charming blend of walkable streets, independent shops, and, of course, unforgettable brunch spots like Fellows.

Tablescape & Hosting Tips for Your Next Brunch

Hosting Tip:

In Atlanta, we all know traffic is unpredictable. One of my favorite entertaining tricks is telling guests an arrival time that’s 30 minutes earlier than the actual start. It eases the stress of being late—and gives on-time guests a chance to sip champagne and take photos before things officially begin. For guests who are notoriously late, I offer a 45-minute cushion. It’s one of my best party-planning hacks!

Tablescape Notes:

This event’s tablescape was one of my favorites for welcoming spring. I started with a green-and-white patterned tablecloth and built layers of bright seasonal colors from there. Green glassware, colorful plates, and beautiful blooms from French Floral Market created a fresh, inviting atmosphere. I always use table chargers for an extra touch of elegance and cohesion.
