Banner Butter Brunch At Buttermilk Kitchen Atlanta with Suzanne Vizethann
As a Atlanta supper club host, it’s important for me to showcase a variety of restaurants, support female-founded and locally sourced establishments, and highlight talented chefs. And there are just some restaurants that get it—Buttermilk Kitchen in Atlanta is one of them. I’ve been dining here for over 10 years, and it remains one of the most consistent dining experiences in the city. From their buttery biscuits to their fried chicken to full fried chicken dinners, every menu item is fresh, soulful, and always delicious.

This is the plate that turns a simple meal into a moment. Floral, classic, and endlessly versatile—no wonder everyone asks about it.
I’ve had the joy of knowing Suzanne Vizethann for over a decade, and from day one, we instantly connected—bonding over culinary trends and the ever-evolving role of influencers. Suzanne is a cookbook author, restaurateur, and a force in the Atlanta food scene. She owns Buttermilk Kitchen, which has two locations—Camden and Atlanta—and is a @FoodNetwork alum who has competed on Guys Grocery Games and Chopped. Beyond her impressive credentials, Suzanne’s creativity and warmth make every visit to Buttermilk Kitchen truly unforgettable.

Hosting my Eating With Erica Supper Club at one of my favorite places, with one of my favorite people, and featuring one of my favorite brands—@bannerbutteratl—was such a full-circle moment. As both a supper club host and a Georgia native, I love celebrating exceptional Atlanta-based brands I first fell in love with as a consumer and now get to share with my community. Banner Butter is always stocked in my kitchen, and I usually pick it up from either the Buford Highway Farmers Market or the Peachtree Road Farmers Market.
Here’s a glimpse of the menu from our supper club evening:

Since this supper club was an ode to summer, we embraced the season with bright colors, meadow-inspired plates, and stunning floral arrangements with delicate butterflies. The lunch was held in the cozy pantry space at Buttermilk Kitchen, creating an intimate, cheerful atmosphere that guests absolutely loved. From the aromas in the kitchen to the beautiful presentation on the table, every detail made the evening feel special and memorable.
