When the Eating With Erica Supper Club made its way to Costa, the city delivered exactly what it promised: a meal that felt both rooted in place and genuinely exciting, served in a room that understood the assignment.
Costa is the kind of restaurant that earns its reputation through consistency and craft. The coastal menu leaned into the season’s best ingredients with the confidence of a kitchen that does not need to overexplain itself. Each course was beautifully paced, the service was warm without being intrusive, and the room held the kind of energy that builds a great dinner from good ingredients into something memorable.
Taking the Supper Club on the road to Charleston was a decision I would make again immediately. A change of city, a change of table, and the right restaurant — it is a combination that produces evenings that stay with you. Costa gave us all three.
When it comes to the Eating with Erica Supper Club, community is everything! We take so much pride in connecting women from all around the country and world. So when we had the chance to expand in our very first Eating with Erica Supper Club to Charleston- we were elated to start our new chapter in Charleston (a city after our heart and a home away from home) and of course have it at the Costa Charleston! The timing of these inaugural dinner was perfect as it took place in March which is also Women’s History Month! Could it be any perfect?
Our night at Costa Charleston was filled with amazing food, delightful conversation and opportunities to learn about one another, make new connections and of course a irresistible menu that includes a little something for everyone from pastas, to salads and desserts. From the impeccable service to the insanely delicious food, everything at Costa Charleston was beyond top notch! Encompassing coastal Italian fare from Liguria to Amalfi and down to Sicily, you can expect to enjoy, savor and indulge in handmade Italian pasta, amazingly fresh seafood, and other culinary odes to the Mediterranean. Located in downtown Charleston, Costa encapsulates the spirit of Italy beautifully!
