I absolutely adore beautiful handwriting. There’s just something magical about receiving a handwritten card or thoughtful note—it always brightens my day.
That’s why this month’s Eating With Erica Supper Club event was so meaningful. We hosted a modern calligraphy class at The Burgess Hotel in Atlanta, and it was truly an experience to remember.
The Art of Calligraphy: A Modern Twist on a Classic Skill
Whether you’re a stationery enthusiast, a DIY bride-to-be, or simply a creative soul looking for a new outlet, this workshop was designed just for you. Guests were introduced to the art of modern calligraphy using a pointed dip pen and ink, guided by a professional calligrapher.
We covered all the basics, and by the end of the session, everyone left with the tools and confidence to add elegant, personalized touches to wedding stationery, snail mail, home décor, and more.
