The holiday season is in full swing, and that means it’s officially game time for all-things pumpkin, cranberry, pomegranate, and vanilla.  Weekends were definitely made for mimosas.  And as much as I appreciate a classic mimosa, I love to add a bit of pizzazz to mine.

Today I am sharing four mimosas that you must make this holiday season.  All of these recipes are simple and takes less than ten minutes to prepare.  I used Korbel; however, you can use any champagne that you prefer.  Korbel is proud to call itself the ‘official sponsor of brunch’.

I chose Korbel to balance out the mimosas.  What does that mean?  I opted for an extra dry champagne because the juices that I used are really sweet.  By following this method, you will have a perfect mimosa.  Remember to drink responsibly.  Cheers!

1.  The Arnold Palmer Mimosa

Ingredients

2 cups of lemonade

2 cups of sweetened iced tea

1 bottle of Korbel champagne

Directions: Using six champagne flutes, divide lemonade and tea evenly.  Top off with champagne.

Garnish:  Lemon Wedge

2.  The Pomegranate Mimosa

Ingredients

1 8 ounce bottle of the brand POM Juice

1 bottle of Korbel champagne

Directions: In champagne flutes, fill with 1/4 cup sweetened pomegranate juice.  Top off with champagne.

Garnish:  Rosemary and Pomegranate Seeds.

3.  The Cranberry Mimosa

Ingredients

1 cup sweetened cranberry juice

1 bottle of Korbel champagne

16 cranberries

1 bundle of rosemary

Directions: In champagne flutes, fill with 1/4 cup cranberry juice.  Top off with champagne and cranberries.

Garnish:  Rosemary and Cinnamon Sticks

4. Apple Cider Mimosas

Recipe: Apple Cider Mimosas

Ingredients

1 cup of fresh apple cider

1 bottle of bubbly (750-ml.)

Apple slices (for garnish)

Directions
Pour each champagne glass 1/2 to 3/4ths full with apple cider.

Top with champagne.

Garnish: Apple slices
