As a food blogger, social media has become one of my best friends.  Lots of times when you read my posts, you will see that I #hashtag cities so that you, the reader, can see new chefs, the food creations, new restaurants, and cool places to visit. I like to be in the loop when I am going to a new city or country, and this has been proven to be effective.  My trip to Guam was no different. I stumbled upon a dessert page on Instagram, @ajmguam.  The desserts looked awesome, so I immediately added this place to my bucket list.     After meeting up with my clients for lunch, I decided to stop by this place.  The location is intimate with super cute bright colors and a neighborhood-ice-cream-shop feel.  After looking at their huge menu of sweet-tooth options such as Banana Bread Pudding, Japanese Pudding, Coconut Mochi,and Japanese Honey Toast, I decided to order a guava yogurt smoothie. I was stuffed from lunch, but I had a slight sweet tooth.  This light, flavorful smoothie hit the spot. This yogurt smoothie was made without ice cream which explained the smooth taste of this smoothie.  In addition to smoothies and mouth-watering desserts, Frost Bite offers frappes, teas, and snow ice.The next time that I visit Guam, I will try the Japanese Honey Toast.  Make sure that you add Frost Bite to your dessert bucket list.
