Dolce Italian Atlanta
Handcrafted cocktails + authentic Italian dining + a sleek and chic ambiance = Dolce Italian. I attended the grand opening of Dolce in September and immediately fell in love. I have been a regular ever since my first slice of VIP pizza. It has been my go-to for friends’ birthday parties, date night, Sunday brunch, a girls’ night out, and after a long day of work, the bar has been my BFF.
Located in Buckhead, Dolce Italian has all the ingredients for the perfect girls’ night out. In my book, the perfect girls’ night out is one in which you don’t feel like you’ve wasted an outfit. I’m not the one to waste a good night or a good outfit for that matter.
CROSTONI: short rib marmalade, fried brussels sprouts
CROSTONI-Avocado,shrimp and tomato
This restaurant is beautiful with very open space. During the summer, the patio was my favorite because it has a wonderful view of Buckhead. Their brunch and dinner are ultimate winners. If you like dinner, you’re going to love their brunch. During dinner, the pizzas are heaven on Earth. My favorite is the VIP pizza. It’s only available if you request it because it’s not on the menu. The crust is stuffed with homemade ricotta, and it’s topped with plenty of prosciutto and homemade mozzarella. It’s impossible for you to have only one slice. The meatballs and pastas are generous in portion and flavor.
Pizza Broccoli E Salsiccia: Sausage, Egg, Broccolini
The brunch menu has a variety of breakfast pizzas, some pizzas from their regular menu, and my favorite, the Crostina. It is simply divine. One of my favorites would be the brisket Crostina. They take a piece of freshly baked bread, layer it with tender, flavorful brisket mixed with Brussels sprouts, and then top it with parmesan cheese. It’s so delish!
VIP Pizza
If you prefer a lighter route, they offer a shrimp and avocado, which is equally delicious. The handcrafted cocktails never disappoint. They only use the best ingredients for each cocktail, and you can taste it in every sip. I’m almost certain Dolce has accounted for at least 45 percent of my holiday weight gain, but I’m really not complaining. Their food is absolutely worth every pound.
Stop by Dolce Italian to try their delicious cuisines. I’m sure you and your tastebuds will love it.
