Eating With Erica Is Going To Thailand!
Ever since I launched Eating with Erica, my goal has been to showcase incredible restaurants and chefs, nationally and internationally. I have always loved traveling and experiencing different types of foods and cultures, and giving my readers and followers a reason to experience something out of their comfort zone.
Last year I had the chance to visit Bali, Singapore, Koh Samui, and Chiang Mai. I didn’t write about my experience on my blog. And to be honest, I just wanted to enjoy the experience and have fun. I said to myself, the next time I visit that part of the world, I will showcase my visit.
I am so excited to announce that I am partnering with Thai Select, and I will be traveling to Thailand! I will be highlighting Thai cuisine and showcasing the incredible and unique culinary scene. I couldn’t be more ecstatic!
Prior to my trip, I will be highlighting Atlanta restaurants that have been awarded the Thai Select Award. The Thai Select Award is an award that is provided by the The Royal Thai government. Thai cuisine has become extremely popular worldwide, and due to its popularity, the Thai Select Award was created to recognize Thai restaurants that maintain high standards and high quality of Thai food. This seal of approval is an honor and not easy to receive.
