We chose a fresh, vibrant color palette inspired by spring itself: lush greens and sunny yellows that brought life and energy to the table. The centerpiece featured elegant tulips in green and yellow, their delicate petals adding softness and sophistication. This floral arrangement perfectly complemented the natural beauty of the patio, creating a seamless connection between the outdoor space and the table.

Layered with textured linens and simple yet refined place settings, the tablescape balanced color and texture beautifully—inviting guests to linger, relax, and savor the moment. Since opening in February 1994, Anis Cafe & Bistro Atlanta has recreated the casual bistros of the South of France—places where people can linger over light fare, a glass of wine, and great company. It’s no wonder the atmosphere was perfect for one of our most joyful and relaxing luncheons.

Cauliflower and Roasted Garlic
Salads:
Salade de Roquette (arugula, shaved parmesan, artichokes, fresh lemon)
Salade de Saumon (Atlantic salmon, baby greens, spiced pecans, Roquefort, tomatoes, red onions, aged balsamic vinaigrette)
Entrées:
Poulet “Nono” (grilled chicken breast with fresh linguine or arugula salad)
Tortelloni Végétarien (handmade ricotta tortelloni with vegetables)
Moules Marinières (mussels in white wine, garlic, parsley, and cream)
