Is it just me or does anyone else get excited about the Pantone Color of the Year each year? This year I have to admit I am OBSESSED with the color – not only because it is stunning and happy but also because I feel like you can’t be from Atlanta and not love a Peach- am I right? So this past month’s Eating with Erica Supper Club was a bit different. Last week I shared my tips and tricks to celebrating the perfect Pantone Peach Fuzz Color of the Year party with a gorgeous tablescape, a delicious Peach Fuzz Martini and some tips to incorporating this color to your party without it being too cheesy or over the top. Today I am sharing a bit more behind the scenes, the menu we created to correlate with the theme and of course a few goodie bag take away items. I truly loved this gathering as we had everyone dress coordinating to the party theme – either shades of peach, white, cream, linen- and it looks absolutely amazing!
Our Pantone Peach Fuzz party was filled with amazing food, perfect conversation and of course some awesome goodies bags filled with things that matched our theme. We kept the menu simple and created a little something for everyone with Salmon and Chicken choices, a delicious starter soup and of course Peach Cobbler for the dessert. You can’t have a peach party without peach cobbler can you? Complimented with Peach Martinis and Peach Spritzers – this Pantone Peach party was absolutely perfect!
