Who doesn’t love a great bowl of pasta? I don’t know about you, but pasta is at the top of my favorite dishes- but how many of you can say you actually MADE the pasta that you were eating? This past month for the Eating with Erica Supper Club we go our hands down and dirty into the depth of pasta making with Michelin rated Chef Pat Pascarella! Let’s chat pasta making for a minute! Have you ever done it? I mean seriously who knew it would be so much fun as we gathered this past month for our Eating with Erica Monthly Supper Club Event. Literally from start to finish this pasta making class was pure perfection. We had an absolute blast getting down and dirty (or flour-y) as we made cavatelli pasta from start to finish. But the best part was we then got to enjoy of course a glass of wine or two as we indulged on all our hard work as Chef Pat prepared our pasta for us! Let me tell you homemade pasta just tastes SOOOOOOO much better than anything. It was the perfect night for an authentic Italian experience paired with wine, conversation and memories made for the Eating with Erica Supper Club! I seriously can’t wait to do it again.

Hosted at Bastone! located in West Midtown in Atlanta – this place is not only stunning from its amazing decor, modern Italian experience and intimate seating (inside holds 60 seats and their gorgeous outdoor patio holds over 100 seats), but the food is INSANELY delicious. Open Monday through Sunday for dinner service, Bastone! is home to an Italian wine focused mozzarella bar that featured amazing handcrafted pasta and craft cocktails. The mozzarella bar is the perfect accompaniment as it offers hand pulled mozzarella and charcuterie. Bastone! offers the perfect place for an intimate date night, a large gathering for friends, family or businesses – they also have a 10-40 person private dinning room!
