Do you ever take a minute to just take time for yourself? Recently, I’ve been taking the time to slow down and truly appreciate my own company. Sometimes it’s the simple joys, like watching a butterfly flutter or taking in the beauty of a daisy field. Either way the saying “ take time to stop and smell the roses” has never felt more truer than it has lately. If you are in the midst of feeling overwhelmed or overworked or just in need a minute or two- here are a few of my top favorite tips on how to take time for yourself!

Let’s be honest, self care is something we all strive for. I don’t know if it is because 2020 was such a turning point in many peoples lives or if because it hasn’t 100% been fully normal since – we now are designed to advocate for self-care for ourselves. Our lives have been so busy, and as a mom especially we don’t take time to ourselves.
