Dinner in Atlanta, GA: Agency Restaurant & Bar
Joining the roster of top-notch Buckhead eateries to satisfy your hunger while also providing plenty of swanky vibes for your Instagram is none other than the 6-month-old Agency Restaurant & Bar. Whether you’re grabbing lunch after strolling through Phipps, meeting friends for an after-work happy hour, or enjoying yourself late into the evening, the Agency Socialthèque is a new Atlanta hot spot.
The Eating with Erica team was lucky enough to enjoy an after-work dinner on the Agency’s beautiful patio, the perfect setting for a summer evening. To kick things off, we started with a couple “Sharables” and cocktails, of course.
Per our lovely and knowledgable waiter’s suggestion, we went with the BLT Sliders and the Heirloom Tomato Salad. Both of these starters were as fresh as can be; perfectly satisfying while not ruining our appetite for the deliciousness ahead.
Boasting a lengthy cocktail list, choosing this particular indulgence was no easy feat. Lucky for us, we chose right! We enjoyed the beautifully colorful and equally tasty Gin Drink #5 which included elderflower liqueur, sage, and fresh fruit as well as the Artillery Punch, which festively arrived in a pineapple!
The Agency’s list of larger plates may be on the smaller side, but it surely does not disappoint. It is apparent that the establishment strives for excellence in what they offer, and we could taste it. We enjoyed the flat iron steak and market fish and our mouths are already watering just reminiscing! With herb french fries, decadent garlic aioli, and green tomato salsa verde to top it off, the flat iron steak was one for the books. Likewise, the night’s offering of lobster & sweet corn succotash with herb butter was a dish we would truly go back for….tomorrow.
