How does a fluffy Red Velvet infused waffle topped with cream cheese, whipped cream, and praline pecans sound to you? Or maybe you prefer creamy grits with plump shrimp sautéed in a white wine with bell peppers in a lobster cream sauce with a warm fluffy biscuit. If this sounds mouth-watering, then Infusion Bistro needs to be added to your eating bucket list. Located in Lindbergh neighborhood, an area of Buckhead in Atlanta, this restaurant has a little bit of everything for everyone. This past weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at Infusion Bistro for breakfast with my favorite peeps, The Atlanta Food Bloggers’ Society!
I am a breakfast junkie, so I was pretty excited to stop by, especially after viewing their unique waffle menu. When I first walked into this restaurant, one of first things that I noticed was the restaurant’s unique art work. Their artwork is hand-painted each Tuesday, which, by the way, is their Spoken Word night, and the artist sells their work in the restaurant. The restaurant has a very open floor plan which is perfect if you have large parties. With their floor plan, they can accommodate your crew without any worries.I love that Infusion Bistro is open late on the weekends. How late? They serve breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays until 6 a.m. They have a signature waffle menu like no other in Atlanta. They have unique flavors such as cookies ‘n cream, carmel apple pie, red velvet, and key lime waffles. Those flavors are pretty unique and scrumptious; right? In addition to mouth-watering waffles, Infusion Bistro has some of your breakfast favorite such as shrimp ‘n grits, chicken ‘n waffles, and salmon croquettes. I was lucky enough to try all of those food items, and each one was a homerun! My favorite had to be the caramel apple waffle and the fish ‘n grits. Also, they serve bottomless mimosas and red sangria ALL DAY on Saturdays and Sundays. I can’t think of anything better than a restaurant that offers oversized portions, awesome customer service, and that is open until the early morning hours on the weekend! I strongly suggest that you check out Infusion Bistro for yourself! Make sure to follow them on social media: @infusionbistro, or visit their website http://infusionbistro.com/
I will make sure to visit this fine establishment again!
