I was walking through downtown Chicago when I noticed the restaurant.  When you first walk inside, you immediately notice the adorable decor.  The restaurant serves Italian-American cuisine, and hand makes everything fresh-to-order right in front of you..

   

VAPIANO offers salads, pasta, and pizza, and it also has a full bar.  My tastebuds craved the shrimp pizza.  This pizza had a creamy pesto sauce, shrimp, mozzarella, and tomatoes.  My friend ordered the pasta.  She wasn’t a huge fan of the pasta and said that the pasta was hard and not easily chewable.

 

I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch!  The next time that I’m in Chicago, I will return to VAPIANO, and I will try the pasta.
