These Quick and Easy Tuna Salad Boats are a fresh, no-cook lunch that comes together in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cans 5oz Albacore white tuna
  • ½ cup Celery
  • ½ cup Parsley, fresh
  • ½ cup Red onion
  • 2 pcs Dill pickles
  • 10 tbsp Hellman's mayo
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • 2 tsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
  • 4 pcs 4 Romaine Tuna Boats 

Instructions
 

  • Start by opening the cans of tuna and drain them well. Then transfer it to a small bowl.
  • Now chop all your veggies: red onion, celery, pickles, and the fresh parsley. 
  • In a mixing bowl add the tuna, veggies, and mayonnaise
  • Add the salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar. Mix it all together until fully combined. 
  • Serve right away, or refrigerate until ready to serve. 
  • Put tuna in the Romaine boats 
  • Top with extra parsley serve.
