- 2 cups strong brewed coffee cooled and frozen into ice cubes
- 4 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
- 4 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 12 oz half-and-half
- whipped cream for topping
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 cinnamon sticks for garnish
Start with a strong black coffee. Let it cool completely.
Pour the cooled coffee into an ice tray and freeze until solid.
Add coffee ice cubes to a glass. This keeps your drink cold without watering it down.
In a shaker, combine vanilla vodka and half-and-half. Shake gently to combine.
Pour the mixture over your coffee ice cubes.
Stir in the Irish cream liqueur for that signature smooth finish.
Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
For the iced version: freeze brewed, cooled coffee in an ice tray until solid — about 6 hours, or overnight. No time to freeze cubes? Use ordinary ice and brew the coffee at double strength so it survives the dilution.

How strong is it? Each drink has 2 oz of vanilla vodka and 2 oz of Irish cream, roughly 1½ to 2 standard drinks. Use half the vodka for a lighter pour.
