- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 200 g Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 225 g Pumpkin Purée
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Milk
Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over the sides for easy removal.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin, eggs, and oil until smooth.
Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients—just until combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bars tender.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in egg and milk.
Spread the pumpkin batter into the pan, drizzle the cream cheese mixture over the top, and use a knife to create soft swirls.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting into clean, even squares.
