Peanut Butter Board
A peanut butter board is the easiest shareable snack in my rotation — creamy peanut butter swirled across a board, drizzled with honey, and scattered with fruit, granola and chocolate for everyone to build their own bite.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter at room temperature
- 1-2 tbsp honey for drizzling
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberries sliced or halved
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola I use Honey Bunches of Oats Roasted Honey Granola Chips
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 apple thinly sliced, for serving
Spread the peanut butter in a thin, even layer across a marble or wooden serving board, leaving room around the edges for the dippers.
Using the back of a spoon, swirl the peanut butter to create nooks and crannies for the toppings to sit in.
Drizzle the honey over the peanut butter, then sprinkle evenly with the granola and the chocolate chips.
Top with the banana slices, strawberries and blueberries. Arrange the sliced apple and any extra fruit or granola around the edge of the board and serve right away.
Take the peanut butter out of the fridge twenty minutes ahead — cold peanut butter tears the board instead of spreading across it. Slice the banana and apple last so they stay pale, and assemble no more than thirty minutes before serving.
