Brie, Honey, and Apple Crostini

This recipe is ideal for entertaining because it’s simple, yet, sophisticated.  You’ll be happy to know that this recipe takes less than 20 minutes to create.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz  brie cheese
  • 2 large red apples
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 cup chopped pecans store-bought is perfect
  • honey for drizzling
  • rosemary fresh

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. While it heats, slice the apples thinly to fit the crostini and set aside.
  • Slice the baguette on the diagonal into 1/2-inch slices and arrange on a baking pan.
  • Top each slice with thin slices of brie. Bake 6 to 8 minutes, until the brie is melted and the bread is lightly toasted.
  • Top the warm crostini with the prepared apple slices, drizzle with honey, and finish with fresh rosemary and chopped pecans. Serve warm on a large platter.
