Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups torn mixed salad greens
  • 2 pcs medium apples, chopped
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • tsp balsamic vinegar
  • t tbsp honey
  • tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pc garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tbsp chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese

Instructions
 

  • Build the base: In a large bowl, combine salad greens, apples, raisins, and grapes.
  • Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
  • Toss gently: Pour dressing over the salad and toss just until coated.
  • Finish intentionally: Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and crumbled goat cheese just before serving.
