- 2 pcs medium apples, chopped
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup green grapes, halved

- 4½ tsp balsamic vinegar

- 1½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 pc garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp chopped walnuts, toasted
- 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
