This month, we had the pleasure of hosting an intimate VIP dinner at Capolinea Atlanta, the signature restaurant located inside the elegant Signia by Hilton Atlanta.

Its connection to the Georgia World Congress Center adds to its accessibility and prestige — but it’s the ambience and attention to detail that truly set it apart.
Welcome to Capolinea: A Feast for the Senses
Inside the Signia, Capolinea welcomes you with an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s design combines rich textures, earthy tones, and soft lighting, creating an environment that feels both luxurious and relaxed. Think marble finishes, plush leather banquettes, artful lighting, and a modern European sensibility — all woven together with a warmth that encourages lingering conversations.
Our VIP dinner took place in Capolinea’s private dining room, a space that offers exclusivity without sacrificing style. It was the perfect setting for a truly memorable evening.
The Tablescape: Cream, Nude, and Gold Elegance
This month’s tablescape was a visual reflection of our Supper Club’s refined yet welcoming spirit. With a color palette of cream, soft nude, and hints of gold, the décor struck a perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication.
Each table was dressed in crisp ivory linens, layered with neutral-toned napkins and matte ceramic dinnerware. Gold flatware and delicate gold-rimmed glasswareadded a subtle touch of glamour without overwhelming the space. Custom name cards at each place setting created a warm and personal welcome for our guests.
Low floral centerpieces featured blush-toned blooms, soft greenery, and beige dried accents — arranged in minimalist vessels that allowed the conversation to flow freely across the table. Gold taper candleholders with cream candles cast a soft, romantic glow, creating an atmosphere that felt intimate, serene, and beautifully curated.
The overall look was cohesive, calming, and intentional — enhancing the evening without distracting from it. It was a setting designed to elevate the experience, spark connection, and make each guest feel both celebrated and at ease.
A Culinary Experience to Remember
Capolinea’s menu is a beautiful balance of traditional Italian roots and modern American flair, with every dish crafted to delight the palate.
We began the evening with passed starters — including crab-stuffed arancini, fresh burrata with roasted tomatoes, and charred octopus with citrus-infused olive oil. For the main course, guests selected from standout options like the lobster tagliatelle, wild mushroom risotto, and perfectly seared prime-cut steaks accompanied by rich seasonal sides.
One of the most memorable touches? The tableside martini service — a playful, elegant experience that added a touch of drama and brought a few smiles all around.
Dessert was equally divine: lemon olive oil cake with mascarpone cream and fresh berries, alongside a decadent classic tiramisu that disappeared quickly from every plate.
