When I dine, my food server will make or break my dining experience. My meal can be a totally awesome five-star meal, but if the service isn’t up to par, it really takes away from the meal and dining experience. There is a place that I’ve never encountered an unpleasant dining experience, and it’s one of my favorite places to dine. I love Capital Grille! Capital Grille is known for their incredible steaks, fresh sides, and impeccable service.

The staff at Capital Grille always goes above and beyond my standards. No matter if I visit the Capital Grille location in Chicago, New York, Charlotte, or Atlanta, the superb service and quality of food is the same at all of their locations!

I have had countless birthday parties, dinner with friends, and family celebrations at this fine establishment. The restaurant in the Buckhead location has plenty of options for private dining. Each time that I have dined at Capital Grille, it has been memorable, and the staff is over accommodating, which I can never get enough of. The menu has a wide variety of wines on their list with over 100 wines to choose from. You’re sure to find the perfect Merlot or Cabernet to accompany your meal.

The menu is a steakhouse American menu, so you’ll have tons of choices of seafood and steaks to choose from. Here are my suggestions that you should put on your must-try list:

Appetizers:

Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella With Vine Ripe Tomatoes lightly sautéed and served with crisp crostini and 12-year aged balsamic.

Smoked Salmon served with capers and dill mayonnaise alongside onion pita crisps.

Lobster And Crab Cakes seasoned with hints of bold dry mustard and sweet red pepper.

Entrees:

Cedar Planked Salmon With Tomato Fennel Relish a smoky, woody flavor complemented by our fresh relish.

Filet Oscar served with lump crabmeat and drizzled with our house-made béarnaise.

Delmonico Steak a 22-oz bone-in ribeye grilled to your liking and served au jus.

Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese as magnificent as it sounds.

Sautéed Spinach garlic infused olive oil gives fresh spinach a rich, savory flavor.

Sam’s Mashed Potatoes red bliss potatoes, sweet cream, butter and salt. as delicious as it sounds.

For a superb dining experience, Capital Grille is the place to go. Now, if I could get off this wait list for this wine bin list…..hmmmmmm…….
