Talking With Tami Birthday Brunch

This past Sunday I had the pleasure of the attending one my of favorite bloggers’ birthday brunch, Tami Reed (http://talkingwithtami.com)

We all know that I love themed events, so I immediately knew that this brunch’s theme had everything to do with pink. This theme was very fitting considering Tami is pinktastic! I loved how each guest made this theme their own. With various combinations of pink necklaces, pink skirts, pink shoes, and pink blazers, this event was very much pinkastic!

This intimate brunch was held at Villagio ItalianKitchen. Villagio is a new Italian restaurant located in Decatur. This eatery has a very appealing brunch menu with classic brunch options such as shrimp and grits. But Villagio also offers unique menu options such as rosemary waffles with fruit compote, omelettes, and polenta pancakes.

I decided to order a chicken, cheese & mushroom omelette with a side order of cheese grits. I also tried the polenta pancakes which were very enjoyable. With all of these scrumptious brunch options, I will be sure to visit Villagio for dinner.

As a bonus, guests were delighted with awesome treats, compliments of JustFab (http://justfab.com), and Le Sport Sac (http://lesportsac.com). I received gorgeous gold hoop earrings and a floral coin purse. Needless to say, the brunch was filled with laughter, fun, and pinktastic fabulousness! Happy Birthday, Tami!
