Turkey Brie Croissant with Strawberries & Basil

- 1 whole (8-oz.) round Brie cheese, rind trimmed
- 3 pcs croissants, sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 tbsp red pepper jelly
- 8 ounces smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 8 pcs fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced (about 8 medium strawberries)
- ½ cup arugula
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 pcs strawberries, halved (for garnish, optional)
Prepare the Brie. Trim and discard the rind from the Brie cheese. Slice the Brie into 1/2-inch-thick pieces and set aside.
Toast the Croissants. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the croissant halves cut-side down and toast for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and lightly crisp.
Add Butter and JellySpread about 1½ teaspoons of red pepper jelly on one side of each croissant half. Brush the outer sides lightly with melted butter.
