For The Martinis
- 1 bottle Vodka I used my favorite Chopin Vodka
- 1 bottle Sweet Vermouth
- 1 bottle Lemon Juice
- 1 bottle Cranberry Juice
- 1 bottle Orange Liqueur (e.g., Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 1 bottle Simple Syrup
- Ice Cubes
- Cocktail Shaker + Strainer
- Lemon Wedges, Lemon Twists, Cherries, Olives for garnish
For the Accompaniments
- Assorted Cheeses (e.g., sharp cheddar, creamy brie, tangy gorgonzola)
- Variety of Cured Meats (e.g., prosciutto, salami, chorizo)
- Sliced Oranges
- Sliced Lemons
- Sliced Limes
- Marinated Olives and Pickles
- Mixed Nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- Artisanal Crackers and Breadsticks
- Dark Chocolate Squares
- Fresh Herbs for Garnish (e.g., rosemary sprigs, basil leaves)
**Prepare the Martinis**
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add 2oz. vodka with a splash of dry vermouth in the shaker. Shake well.
Strain the martinis into chilled martini glasses.
Garnish each martini with appropriate garnishes (e.g., lemon twists, olives, cocktail onions, cherries). Set aside.
**Assemble the Accompaniments**
Arrange the cured meats, fresh fruits, marinated olives, pickles, nuts, crackers, breadsticks, and dark chocolate on a large serving board.
Add small bowls or ramekins for the olives, nuts, and pickles.
Place fresh herbs around the board for a decorative touch and additional aroma.
**Serve and Enjoy**
Invite guests to pour themselves a martini of their choice from the shaker and garnish as desired.
