The Perfect Caviar and Blini Board

- 1 tin Caviar
- 1 package Smoked Salmon
- 1 container crème fraîche
- 1/2 cup fresh chives chopped
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 1 medium lemon cut into wedges
- 3 cooked hard boiled eggs sliced
- Capers to taste
- 1 bundle fresh dill sprigs
- Lightly Toasts Brioche Slices
Arrange the caviar tin on a serving board or platter, ideally nestled over ice.
Place crème fraîche near the center of the board.
Arrange the remaining elements thoughtfully around the board, creating balance and space.
Add blinis and brioche, leaving room for guests to assemble their bites.
To serve, spread crème fraîche on a blini or toast, add caviar, layer with toppings, and finish with a light squeeze of lemon if desired.
