- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 pc egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 3 tsp black pepper
- 4 pc hamburger buns
- suggested toppings: (optional) Bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, red onion, lettuce, tomatoes, and or avocado.
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, feta crumbles, chopped basil, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, cajun seasoning, and pepper.
Shape the turkey meat into 4 patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
Once the pan is hot, add olive oil and turkey patties and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Time will vary depending on how hot your pan is and how thick your patties are.
Serve the turkey patties in buns with any accompaniments you want from the suggested toppings above.
