Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey 
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cajun seasoning 
  • 3 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pc hamburger buns
  • suggested toppings: (optional) Bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, red onion, lettuce, tomatoes, and or avocado.  

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, feta crumbles, chopped basil, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, cajun seasoning, and pepper. 
  • Shape the turkey meat into 4 patties.  
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. 
  • Once the pan is hot, add olive oil and turkey patties and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
  • Time will vary depending on how hot your pan is and how thick your patties are. 
  • Serve the turkey patties in buns with any accompaniments you want from the suggested toppings above.
