- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 ounces fresh spinach leaves
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- crostini, crackers, and vegetables, for serving

Steam or sauté the spinach until wilted. Let cool slightly, then squeeze out all excess moisture. Coarsely chop.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and ¾ cup mozzarella. Mix until well blended.
Transfer mixture to prepared dish and top with remaining ¾ cup mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Switch oven to broil and cook 2–3 minutes, just until the top begins to brown.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with crostini, crackers, or vegetables.
