Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough store-bought
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce adjust your spice level to your taste
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch of bleu cheese dressing
- 1 cup diced red onion
- chopped green onion for garnish
- chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the pizza dough or flatbread packaging.
- Roll out the pizza dough or flatten the store-bought flatbread on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled-out dough or flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the buffalo wing sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded chicken evenly over the buffalo sauce.
- Next, evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken. If you like blue cheese, you can also sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese on top.
