The Perfect Caviar and Blini Board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Caviar
  • 1 package Smoked Salmon
  • 1 container crème fraîche
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives chopped
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 medium lemon cut into wedges
  • 3 cooked hard boiled eggs sliced
  • Capers to taste
  • 1 bundle fresh dill sprigs
  • Lightly Toasts Brioche Slices

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the caviar tins or jars on a serving board or platter.
  • Place a bowl of crème fraîche in the center of the board.
  • Scatter chopped chives, red onion slices, lemon wedges, hard-boiled egg slices, capers, and fresh dill sprigs around the caviar.
  • Arrange the blinis, toast points, or brioche slices on the board, leaving space for guests to assemble their own bites.
  • To enjoy, spread a small amount of crème fraîche on a blini or piece of toast.
  • Top with a small spoonful of your preferred caviar.
  • Add a slice of hard-boiled egg, a few capers, a sprinkle of chopped chives, and a dill sprig for garnish.
  • Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the top before serving.
