- 1 lb Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade about 450g
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- Salt to taste
**Prepare the Dough:**
Dust a clean surface with flour.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut the dough into strips, approximately 1 inch wide and 6-8 inches long.
**Bake the Knots:**
Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each knot.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
**Make the Garlic Butter:**
While the knots are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to brown the garlic.
**Sprinkle with Toppings:**
While the knots are still warm, sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley (if using), and a pinch of salt to taste.
