Recipe: Trio Southern Chicken Biscuits

Today I am sharing my favorite trio southern chicken biscuits recipe using House-Autry Chicken Breading Mix.  If you love fried chicken, pimento cheese, red pepper jelly, and biscuits as much as I do, then you’re going to love this recipe.  As the weather is cooling down, it’s the perfect time to heat things up in the kitchen.  Nothing says, “Hello, fall,” like warm buttery biscuits and hot fried chicken.  While creating these tasty biscuits, the star of the show is the fried chicken.  And these fried chicken tenders are absolutely delicious.  They have an oh-so-juicy interior with a deliciously crispy exterior.
I am not a chef, but I do love chef-quality food and ingredients.  House-Autry has been creating products for 200 years.  What I love most about this brand’s chicken breading mix is the quality and price point.  You can conveniently pick up a box at your local Walmart.
This recipe is ideal for gameday (especially early games), breakfast, and brunch.  I couldn’t believe how easy it was to use and how delicious the chicken tenders were.  No matter who you are cooking for, this recipe is sure to be a winner!
