Daily Greens….4 Day Cleanse

Food blogging isn’t the most healthy job I could have, but I love it.  I never know what I will be eating, and as you can see from my pictures, there is no portion control.  So I was really excited when Drink Daily Greens reached out to me regarding trying their cleanse.   Simply put:  Food is my life.  So when I initially found out that I would be eating/drinking all fruits and veggies, I was very nervous.  And then when I discovered I wouldn’t be drinking wine or coffee, I almost died.

2.  The first day was tough.  I stayed inside the house most of the day and slept.  But after the first day, it gets much easier, and then you really realize that it’s a mental thing.  If you get pass the first day, you will make it.

3.  Go to the market and purchase your fruit and veggies ahead of time to prepare.

4.  A few days before the cleanse, I started conditioning my body.  I started eating more greens and less meat. I also included more fruit in my diet.

5.  Stay focused!  This cleanse is worth it because you will lose weight.  After the cleanse, you won’t have the desire to go back to foods that are high in calories.

6.  I experienced a breakout of my skin.  A lot of people told me that this is common while cleansing.  If you experience a skin breakout, this is NORMAL!
