While in Guam, I wanted to visit a beach bar.  The most important thing to me, though, was a sensational view, delightful cocktails, and a close walk to the beach.Since I was on vacation, I really wanted a place to kick my feet up and relax. The Guam Beach Bar had all three of my requirements and more.  The location of The Guam Beach Bar and the view from the bar was incredible. This beach bar is one of the very few bars in Guam that is located on the beach as a bar and that has various party nights.

Thursday evening is Ladies’ Night, so women drink free all night! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are drink specials all day ranging from $5 Skyy Vodka cocktails; Miller Lite buckets for $15; and specials on Cruzan Rum and Patron Cafe. The Guam Beach Bar has a volleyball court that patrons regularly use while having fun in the sun.  This beach bar also offers an authenticate Chamorro cultural show each night at 6 p.m. Dinner options are a self-barbecue dinner of chicken, top round beef, shrimp skewers, and succulent basa fish.  This dinner also includes all-you-can-eat chicken kelaguen, red rice, tossed salad for starters, and you can finish the meal with homemade coconut pudding.  Since I was on the beach, I wanted a simple dish that wasn’t too heavy.

The food menu was a very simple and light island bar menu.  Their menu had a nice selection of appetizers such as spring rolls, wings, tuna sushami, and chicken Kalgan.  Their entrees ranged from grilled ribeye steak, grilled miso terayki salmon, and charrommo fiesta platter. I tried the Yellow Fin tuna poke with plenty of drinks. The Yellow Fin tuna was served chilled with wasabi, cucumbers, and chips.  The tuna also had very minimum seasoning.

But for my mood, the seasoning was just right.  I didn’t want anything heavy while on the beach anyway. The drink menu was my favorite.  Their drink menu gives you lots of options with signature drinks such as Moscow Mule, White Russian, Guam Water, Mai Tai, and Pomegranate Martinis. If you visit Guam, make sure to add The Guam Beach Bar to your bucket list.  I would recommend this beach bar as a go-to place to have great cocktails with friends and to see the breath taking views of the beach.
